On request, we offer our functional and modern cottages for long-term stays. It can be contractor housing for those who work with H2 Green Steel, housing for those who work in the forest or along our roads and railways in the region and want a close starting point, or accommodation for those who for some other reason will be in the region for a longer period of time.

All cottages are fully equipped with kitchens and private bathrooms. The number of bedrooms and beds varies from one to four rooms and two to twelve beds per accommodation unit. Most of the accommodation has its own sauna, washing machine and wifi. Sauna and washing machine are otherwise available for use in common service areas.

All accommodation has nice parking facilities and we have charging stations for electric cars on site. Our cottages and apartments are perfect for those who want the opportunity for the same self-catering as at home even though you are away. We are located 25 minutes from Boden and 55 minutes from Luleå, close to Luleå airport and thus the whole world.

A special price for long-term accommodation is offered to those staying longer than two weeks. It can be for work-related reasons or if there is a need for alternative accommodation during a renovation/insurance case, e.g.
